Portraits from NAHBSI have presently uploaded just a fraction of the photos I took at the Handmade Show in Portland. First up are some of the people who make our cycling lives better. I have a lot of show material to go over, but I'll have some highlights up soon; that is, unless you are all sick of show bikes--there was a lot of media attending, and I'm sure everyone's seen it all already. I had a lot of fun looking at all the pieces, but the best part was meeting the builders, machinists and industry folk. There wasn't a mean or self-important one in the whole bunch. Thank god I'm building my own now, because if I weren't I'd have a list of builders a dozen deep to call this week.
Most if not all photos from the show are up.
